The ADENES group presents its new governance structure to support its growth strategy
Paris, January 21, 2026
To support its growth, both in France and internationally, the ADENES Group, European leader in loss adjustment and insurance services, is changing its governance structure as of February 1, 2026. This reorganization, coupled with new appointments, is based on the French model, so that we can continue to serve our customers in our historic markets with the same level of excellence, while fully supporting our international project. Supported by its historic shareholder base, this change will be based on the existing Supervisory Board. It includes the creation of a Group Executive Committee, a French Executive Committee and committees for Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

A key player in the loss adjustment market
Over the past fifteen years, the ADENES Group has built up its structure in France around its core business: loss adjustment. Today, the Group is a benchmark player in its market, with sales of €485 million in 2025, a figure that has risen steadily since its creation. It relies on the excellence of its operational performance to support its customers in all areas of loss adjustment:
- Non-auto damage (Elex & Vering),
- Dommages Auto (Roadia),
- Construction damage (3C).
Every year in France, 1,180,000 claims are handled by the Group’s 1,600 loss adjusters. A multi-specialist operator, the ADENES Group is also involved upstream and downstream of the claim. It offers insurers a complete ecosystem of services covering the entire compensation chain. This offer is complemented by TPA solutions that meet the performance, quality and flexibility needs of the insurance industry.

Solid momentum in France and abroad
In France, the Group recorded strong organic growth, driven by the continuous improvement of its service levels, the deployment of solutions and processes tailored to the needs of claimants, and a resolutely customer-oriented strategy. This performance is also underpinned by far-reaching changes to the Group’s business model, which have given rise to a strong collective dynamic, driven by employees committed to a shared ambition of excellence.
Since 2021, the international strategy of the ADENES Group, born in France, has been based on sustained expansion. Present today in 38 countries, the Group employs 5,000 people, including 3,600 in France. This first phase of development has positioned ADENES as the European leader in loss adjustment. Its presence in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa now forms the basis of a long-term project to duplicate the ADENES model on all continents, with the ultimate aim of building global international coverage.
