Born and built in France, ADENES has grown from the very beginning through field expertise, trust, and a strong culture of excellence. Our story has continued through expansion into new markets and the integration of recognised industry players. Our ambition: to accelerate our international development while maintaining the same high standards of excellence worldwide.

1991

The Beginning
The ELEX brand is born from the merger of several loss adjusting firms already recognised for their technical excellence and market leadership. Solid foundations are lait to build a Group rooted in expertise and trust.
2009

The Merger
ADENES France is created. At the same time, ADENES Claim Management is launched-later renamed Synfony to strengthen our claims management offering. A strategic partnership is formed with the international vrs Adjusters network, extending our ability to handle complex claims worlwide. Our global dimension takes shape.
2014

Specialisation
We create Vering to handle major and highly technical multi-sector losses, followed by Focalyse, dedicated to in-depth investigations and advanced analysis. Our specialised, multi-expertise model is reinforced.
2015

Partnerships
We invest in new capabilities by taking stakes in Dynaren, a specialist in repair in kind, and Batifive, focused on post-loss renovation and reconstruction. Growth continues
2017

Client Relationships
The ADENES Contact Center opens in Wiziou, strengthening service quality and centralising client interactions.
2019

Accelerating Innovation
As pioneers of artificial intelligence in our sector, we launch Claims IA an end-to-end claims management solution combining digital tools with human expertise to enable fast compensation. 3C also joins the Group, adding construction expertise to ADENES’ offering.
2021

Training
Expertise has always been a driving force at ADENES. We therefore launch the ADENES Academy (CFA) to structure skills development and sustainably support excellence.
2022

Globalisation
The group acquires Creativ’ and launches ADENES Italia, establishing a strong presence in Italy. Lengkeek in the Netherlands and DB Group in Belgium – two major market players – also join the Group. International expansion accelerates.
2024

Expansion
KPI Expertises joins the Group, strengthening our national network. RTS Grupo (Spain & Latin America) is integrated, and vrs AsiaPacific is launched to reinforce our regional presence. ELEX Nederland is created, extending a historic brand in Europe.
2025

Consolidation
Roadia is created through the merger of Creativ’ and KPI Expertises. Green Partners Adjusting is launched in the UK to develop more sustainable claims solutions. Linea Expertises joins DB Group, alongside vrs SSP Adjusters, strengthening our presence in Central and Eastern Europe. vrs Vering Nordics is launched to support clients in Northern Europe. Expansion in Australasia accelerates with the launch of vrs Vering Australasia via vrs ANA, and the acquisitions of Citywide Assessors and ARC Assessing.
2026

What’s next
The ADENES Group is officially established, uniting all entities around a shared vision. DB Group becomes ADENES Belux, ELEX Belux is created to support the transformation of local entities, and Xperta is renamed vrs Xperta, aligning the brand with the vrs network and reaffirming its specialisation in complex claims management.
